Peer Observation Guidelines:

The purpose of peer observations is to view the best teaching practices of other teachers at St. Luke's. As a department, this allows us to gain perspective into the content areas of other subjects. As an educator, this allows you to gain perspective into the styles of other teachers. After each observation, you are to write up a short paragraph describing the best teaching practice you observed. These paragraphs must be completed by the end of each quarter.

It is your responsibility to schedule your observations each quarter as described in the signup section. It is also your responsibility to obtain permission from the teacher you are observing. Remember, these observations are only to view best practices.

Peer Observation Signup:

First Quarter: Choose two faculty members from within the science department and within in your division.
